Ayatollah Rouhani Medical Center affiliated to Babol University of Medical Sciences with 372 beds was inaugurated in 2009, coinciding with the anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr, which increased to 508 approved beds in 2017 and currently has about 500 active beds. The center has 13 inpatient wards, 16 operating rooms and 24 CCU beds, 24 ICU beds, 10 ICU-OH beds, 20 post-angiography beds, 20 NICU and neonatal and pediatric beds (with 5 CCU beds and 7 hospital beds), SCU (Acute stroke care) with 8 beds and specialized and sub-specialized clinics and paraclinical services that are at the service of esteemed clients by providing health, medical and educational services.
