Dr. Zeinab Mohseni Afshar, Associate Professor of the Infectious Diseases Department at Babol University of Medical Sciences and Director of EDO of International Campus, was awarded the title of the top researcher in Mazandaran Province in 2024. She is an infectious disease specialist with a H_index of 14 and has published more than 20 books and has been the top university researcher for three consecutive years.
