According to the International Office of the University, Dr. Arefeh Babazadeh, the infectious disease specialist, the director of of international affairs of Babol University of Medical Sciences and the head of the international campus, who has been on the list of the top 1% of ESI cited researchers since 2021, has recently been on the 2% list according to Elsevier and Stanford rankings in 2024 , in a ceremony that was held on Tuesday, October 1 at the invitation of the National Elite Foundation of Mazandaran Province and on the anniversary of the birth of Martyr Mustafa Chamran, was honored.

It should be mentioned that eight other professors of Babol University of Medical Sciences, including Dr. Soheil Ebrahimpour, who is in charge of the consultant professor of the international campus, are also on this list.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Babazadeh, the member of the academic staff of the Department of Infectious Diseases, while being the only clinical specialist of the academic staff of the university, has been included in the list of top scientists in these global rankings that the group under her management has succeeded in application of foreign students for the first time.
The International Office and the International Campus of the University congratulated the academicians on achieving this success and wish these learned professors more success in the international arena.
